Life Confronted
'Life Confronted' was a book and an exhibition that took place at the Visual Arts Centre of the Hongkong Museum of Art in 1992
Poems were written for the book by the late Martin Booth.
This major exhibition included The Spirits of the Yellow Leaves, The Drakensburg Bushmen, The Ozone Stones (Maquette) and the Mai Po Marsh sculptures amongst others.

Stephen Vince sculpting in the Mai Po Marshes, Hongkong China. Without these wetlands whole species of birds would drop out of the sky to extinction on their migrations from Australia to Siberia. Mai Po is their only remaining feeding ground on that entire flight. |

The Ozone Stones
This 20 foot bronze of the Ozone Stones is photographed here as a part of a one-man exhibition by Stephen Vince at the Taipei Metro building, Taiwan Created from two small flints that were pierced together at a time when the world was concerned about the hole in the Ozone layer. |
